Consulting

Continuous changes of customs regulations and its various interpretations by customs authorities caused on our client's side the rise of the need for providing services regarding customs and customs and tax consulting. In order to offer complex service we provide some service in the field of consulting, among others:

providing legal advice and information regarding proceedings at customs authorities conducted on behalf of our clients,
providing an information about new legal provisions regarding customs matters,
helping in preparing and lodging to the customs authorities of the documents in the proceedings regarding receiving certain permissions (for example: for customs procedure with economic impact, for simplified procedure),
consultation on tariffication of goods - we propose the most favourable tariffication, which is also consistent with the valid customs regulation.
