Consulting
Continuous changes of
customs regulations and its
various interpretations by customs authorities caused on our client's
side the rise of the need for providing services regarding customs
and customs and tax consulting. In order to offer complex service we
provide some service in the field of consulting, among others:
- giving legal advice
regarding customs code and
executive regulations,
- conducting of the appeal
proceedings from
decisions of head of customs offices at the head of the customs
chamber, conducting of complaint proceedings in the administrative
courts and conducting of proceedings in the tax office - via our
Legal Department located in Słubice.
- preparing of other
applications to the customs
offices for example for decision ruling that the customs declaration
is incorrect / correct,
- providing workshops and
trainings in the field
of European customs code and executive acts,
- helping in preparing and
lodging to the customs
authorities of the documents in the proceedings regarding receiving
certain permissions (for example for customs procedure with economic
impact, for simplified procedure),
- consultation on
tariffication of goods - we
propose the most favourable tariffication, which is also consistent
with the valid customs regulation.
