Dear Sirs !

Our Company has been active for the last 22 years and it was the first in Poland neutral border forwarding agent.
In addition to the office in Słubice, being at the same time the headquarters of our Management Board, Polsped- Gerlach has the chain of stations in Poland.

We received in 2011 for the next time the award Gazele Biznesu 2010 and the prize Skrzydła Biznesu 2011.

Our several years long activity on the market enabled to us specialising in servicing major economic entities, realising foreign trade transactions. The experiences gathered by our Company made it possible for us to create an efficient system of information flow, which in turn brought high flexibility and full co-ordination of undertaken actions. It allows for customising our activity to individual needs and demands of our customers.

Under co-operation we provide to our customers:

comprehensive service (starting from the help receiving import and export licences and permissions, through declaration to various customs procedures till the moment of releasing the goods from customs supervision),
efficiency of our customer's interest protection through putting forward on its request the motions for issuing a decision, carrying appealing and claim procedures before the administrative courts,
coordinated service (fast informations exchange about problems, co-ordinate of the strategy of branch offices with the Board of company).

On 18^th of February 2010 received our company the AEO-status in scope of customs simplifications.
Because of the AEO-certificate we are privileged to use facilities such as:

not so frequent customs control (the risk management will take into account the AEO status),
priority treatment for shipments in case of control,
much quicker and easier way to customs simplifications laid down in art. 14 I executive provisions to Customs Code (reduction of time for issue permissions for simplified procedure),
priority treatment of lodged applications,
priority treatment of customs clearances (in case when also the declarant has AEO-status).
