We offer to You the complex service in the following areas:

I. Customs agency activity, among which You find:

• Placing goods under common transit procedure with client's or our own security.
  
  
• Preparing and lodging to the customs authorities declarations to the following procedures:

• release for free circulation- in the normal and simplified procedure,
• exportation - in the normal and simplified procedure,
• procedures with economic impact.

• Acting as interparty in the payments of the customs debt. Our agency can give our own general security for the release for free circulation procedure or use and service the client's security.
  
  
• Preparing of declarations in the INTRASTAT system - based on data from the documents supplied by our client we prepare INTRASTAT declarations regarding European internal acquisition or delivery in the following branch offices: Kielce, Olszyna, Łódź, Białystok, TTOC  Świecko/Słubice and Szczecin.
  
  
• Upon client's request we offer many additional services:

• incoming inspection and sampling of goods before making a customs declaration,
• preparing applications for and obtaining of confirmation from the customs authority of the EUR-1, AT.R documents and certificates of origin,
• filling in of the TIR carnets and preparing of the electronic customs clearance in the NCTS system,
• filling in of the CMR letters.
  

• Conducting of the appeal proceedings from decisions of head of customs office at the head of the customs chamber.
  
  
• Cooperation with the representative of the client in case of the proceedings at the administrative court and other authorities. 
  
  
• Preparing of other applications to the customs authorities for example for decision ruling that the customs declaration is incorrect / correct.
  
  
• Providing workshops and trainings in the field of European customs code and executive provisions.
